Chickpea & Beetroot Dip

Ingredients

(Serves 6)

100g Chickpeas (Canned)

100g Baby Beets (Canned)

1 Teaspoon olive oil

*For extra flavour, you can add lemon juice and garlic to your taste.

Method

1. Drain chickpeas & beetroot

2. Blitz in a food processor with oil (lemon juice and garlic if you choose) until smooth.

Serve with fresh cut veggie sticks or wholegrain crackers – Enjoy!
